These general terms describe use of BittaFlow. A signed order form or service agreement controls where it provides different commercial, implementation, support or data-processing terms.

Authorized use

You are responsible for authorized users, lawful data collection, provider accounts you connect, customer consent and reviewing automated or AI-generated drafts before they are sent, published or used.

Subscriptions and setup

Package prices, usage limits, one-time setup fees and migration scope are shown before purchase or documented in an order form. Provider and communication usage may be billed separately as disclosed.

Creative references

Saved inspiration and competitor references remain subject to their source terms and intellectual-property rights. BittaFlow does not transfer ownership. Competitor longevity signals are not proof of performance.

Availability and changes

Features that depend on Meta, Twilio, Stripe, AI providers or other third parties remain subject to those providers' availability and approvals.
