BittaFlow processes account, workspace and communication data to provide the CRM services a business configures. Access is scoped by tenant, site, role and record ownership where enabled.

Data we process

Account details, business configuration, customer records entered by an authorized business, communications, bookings, billing records, audit events and generated creative assets may be processed to operate the service.

Use and sharing

We use data to provide, secure, support and improve the service. Service providers receive only the data needed for their configured function. We do not sell customer records.

Creative Intelligence

Public creative share pages use expiring, revocable tokens and exclude CRM contact rows and internal assignment data. AI prompts are designed to use approved brand context and aggregates rather than raw customer PII.

For access, correction or deletion requests, contact us through the contact page. Contract terms and applicable law may require some audit or billing records to be retained.
